How it works

From empty roof to signed lease.

01

List or discover

Owners register their rooftop with photos, dimensions, access details and structural notes. Companies browse available airspace by suburb, height and load.

02

Match & negotiate

We handle introductions, indicative pricing and standard heads-of-agreement templates — so both sides start on the same page.

03

Lease with confidence

Sign digital leases, track rent, coordinate access. Everything from install to renewal, in one place.

For property owners

Turn unused rooftop into recurring income.

  • Free to list — you pay nothing until a lease is signed
  • We vet every company that reaches out
  • Standard AU lease templates, insurance and access clauses included
  • Keep full control over who installs what, and when

FAQ

Common questions.

Who actually owns the airspace above a building?+

In Australia, air rights generally sit with the property owner (or the owners corporation, in strata buildings). Airlinks helps you understand what you can lease and under what conditions.

What does it cost to list?+

Nothing. Listing a rooftop is free — we only take a small success fee once a lease is signed with a company on the platform.

Who are the companies on Airlinks?+

Telco carriers, renewable energy operators, outdoor media agencies, broadcast networks and IoT infrastructure providers. Every company is verified before contacting owners.

Which cities are you launching in?+

We're beginning with Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in early 2026, then rolling out nationally. Join the waitlist to get notified for your region.
